Warranty
All products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is stated in the product documentation and invoice.
- Standard warranty period: Generally 1–2 years depending on the product
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material failures
- Not covered: User-caused damage, power surge damage, unauthorised modifications, acts of nature
Your statutory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain fully intact in all circumstances.

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

Damaged Shipment
If you notice damage or missing items in your delivery:
1. Ask the courier to complete a damage report.
2. Send photographs and a description to [email protected] on the same day.
Your damaged product will be replaced as promptly as possible in accordance with all applicable legal procedures.
