Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packaged and delivered to your address through our contracted courier partners.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched to the courier the same business day.
• In-stock items are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days.
• Estimated lead times for out-of-stock items are communicated at the time of ordering.
• Delivery by courier typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping is free on orders over 1,500 TRY.
• For orders below this threshold, the shipping fee is shown at the basket stage.
• For international shipments, please contact us for a quote.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, free of any additional charges.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• All accessories, manuals and invoices included with the product must be returned.
• Products made to custom order or manufactured to the customer's specification are not eligible for return.
• Electronic components (ICs, modules, etc.) with opened packaging cannot be accepted for return on health and safety grounds.

Return Process

1. Submit your request: Send your return request to [email protected], including your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive approval: Your request will be evaluated within 2 business days and you will be notified of the outcome.
3. Send the product: After approval, ship the product in its original packaging to the address provided, with freight collect.
4. Refund: Once the product has been inspected, the amount will be refunded to your payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please ask the courier to record the damage and call us immediately on +90 541 935 82 02. In such cases, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
