DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

The name, surname, address and contact details declared during the order shall apply.
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE
This agreement is a distance sales contract concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By completing their order, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.
3. PRODUCT, PRICE AND PAYMENT
The specifications, price, delivery cost and total amount payable for the product(s) subject to this agreement are shown on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email.
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer (EFT)
- No additional interest or surcharge is applied by the SELLER for credit card payments.
- Instalment options are subject to the terms and conditions of the BUYER's bank.
4. DELIVERY
- The order will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days, subject to stock and logistics conditions.
- Shipping duration varies between 1–3 business days depending on the carrier's delivery zone.
- In the event of a delay, the BUYER will be notified; if delivery is impossible, the payment will be refunded.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
The withdrawal notice must be sent to the SELLER via email ([email protected]) or registered mail. The SELLER shall refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
- Products made to the BUYER's special order or customised to their personal needs
- Products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date may pass
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
6. WARRANTY
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and conditions are stated in the product documentation and invoice. In case of a defective product, the BUYER may exercise any of the remedies provided by Law No. 6502 (repair, replacement, refund or price reduction).
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to the BUYER is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; separate consent is obtained for processes that require explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
8. DISPUTES AND COMPETENT COURT
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the BUYER's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place shall have jurisdiction, within the statutory limits.
9. ENTRY INTO FORCE
This agreement enters into force at the moment the BUYER completes their order. Last updated: April 2025.
