3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery without any reason or penalty. Notice may be sent to [email protected].

4.1 Exceptions

Per article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, withdrawal does not apply to: bespoke products, opened audio/video/software media, perishables, and goods inseparably mixed with others.

4.2 Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. The Seller refunds payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Return shipping is borne by the Seller when sent via the contracted carrier.

5. DISPUTES

Send complaints first to [email protected]. If unresolved, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Monetary thresholds are announced annually by the Ministry.

6. ACCEPTANCE

This Pre-information Form is presented to the Buyer for review prior to order confirmation. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares having read, understood and electronically accepted this form.
